Join CJ Wade for this chill and healing ‘Dance Bite!” This class will focus on dance movement as a form of self care. Dancers should wear comfortable clothes they can freely move in. Foot wear can be sock, bare, ballet, or jazz shoes.
Gradient teachers aim to create an atmosphere for healing, learning, and working by striking a balance between accommodation and challenge.
This class is offered as a part of our monthly “All you can Dance” membership! New community members can try a class before they join!
