Join us for ‘Return to Pointe.’ This class is perfect for dancers hoping to return to pointe, regain strength, and perfect the basics. Dancers should expect to stay at the barre for most of class.

GYROKINESIS ® Workshop
Join Joanna for a GYROKINESIS® workshop!
Experience a class that blends the core principles of ballet with the circular, fluid movement patterns of GYROKINESIS®. Designed for dancers and movers of all levels, this practice improves posture, increases mobility, and refines technique while supporting injury prevention and body awareness.
Gone are the days of dancers looking “frail”. Dancers are stronger and more diverse movers than ever before. The problem with tradition strength and cross training for dancers, is it’s done in a static or two dimensional plane. Dancers need strength in the every aspect of movement. GYROTONIC® exercise for Dancers is designed to strengthen the joints and muscles in their 3 dimensional realms, creating strength at every level of movement. It focuses on the importance of a “connected” body, meaning, your shoulder girdle and pelvis work together to achieve the perfect structural balance.

Baby Dance Club™
Baby Dance Club is a 30 minute dance class for the parents and caregivers of babies 0-18 months old and their babies! The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance.
No baby music here! We’ll have a fun upbeat playlist of music to get us dancing and laughing. The class will have a seated alternatives for the whole class. We understand that people who have given birth may need to modify and take breaks and that will be encouraged and celebrated at the studio.
Do I need a baby carrier? No, but you are free to use one! The teacher will offer a variety of options for how to hold the baby but ultimately you decide what works for best for you.

Joyful Joints
Joyful Joints is a 30 min GYROKINESIS® class focused on unfurling locked energy in your joints. Classes utilize stools, yoga mats and other accessories in order to gain greater fluidity.
These classes can be adapted to fit anyone's ability. People from all walks of life use methods found in Joyful Joints, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability. By the end of this movement session, one's entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Join Casey Pippen for this two week “Dance Bite!” Walking through some of the fundamental textures, moves, and skills of hiphop dancers can expect to spend time drilling the basics to some fun tunes. My Power - Choreography by CJ Wade
Join C.J. as she teaches her crowd favorite piece of choreography ‘My Power’ from her shows in 2024 & 2025. Join us for ‘Return to Pointe.’ This class is perfect for dancers hoping to return to pointe, regain strength, and perfect the basics. Dancers should expect to stay at the barre for most of class.
Requirements:
- prior pointe experience if dancing in pointe shoes, on flat if no prior experience.
- attendance of the ballet class immediately preceding this class

Joyful Joints is a 30 min GYROKINESIS® class focused on unfurling locked energy in your joints. Classes utilize stools, yoga mats and other accessories in order to gain greater fluidity.
These classes can be adapted to fit anyone's ability. People from all walks of life use methods found in Joyful Joints, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability. By the end of this movement session, one's entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Baby Dance Club™
Baby Dance Club is a 30 minute dance class for the parents and caregivers of babies 0-18 months old and their babies! The class is designed to create community and joy for adult participants while providing tools to connect with babies through dance.
No baby music here! We’ll have a fun upbeat playlist of music to get us dancing and laughing. The class will have a seated alternatives for the whole class. We understand that people who have given birth may need to modify and take breaks and that will be encouraged and celebrated at the studio.
Do I need a baby carrier? No, but you are free to use one! The teacher will offer a variety of options for how to hold the baby but ultimately you decide what works for best for you.
