What do you need to bring?
We recommend a wrap, sling, or baby carrier for class so that you will occasionally have your hands free, but having a stroller nearby is also great if you’d prefer to hold your baby!
Do I need a baby to attend?
No! You can move and groove without a baby
Do I need to have dance experience to join?
Nope! This is a beginner friendly, pregnancy safe, follow along dance fitness class. Come to enjoy some tunes and community!
How much is it and how do I pay?
The cost is $10 per caregiver. You can pay via cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, or through our website ((here))
